Digital contract with Rentio

You will receive the draft of the contract in Dutch and English. Take your time to read it carefully.

You can sign the contract digital in the platform Rentio, also the payments, deposit,... will be arranged with Rentio.

Get the keys

The keys of your appartment will be at your service at the security department of Vito.

Wifi:

The wifi code is available in the apartment.

Guidelines when you leave the apartment

• contact Immo VL 2 days before you want to leave
• make an appointment for the check out with Immo VL
• clean your room
• the bedlinnen must be washed and folded
• check if the furniture, household,... is complete and nothing is broken (you will receive the complete list with the rental contract)
• when everything is checked, we will refund the deposit
